TCPL was instructed by Reef + Partners to market the new-build 398-space MSCP at The Forum, Gloucester.

TCPL’s scope included:

  • Revenue forecasting and providing opinion of NOI and ERV

  • Customer-centric design appraisal

  • Advising on appropriate management fee and lease structures

  • Drafting Invitation to Tender, selection questionnaire, and response documents

  • Engaging with short-listed operators

  • Organising and attending operator site visits

  • Making recommendations as to preferred bidder

  • Negotiating Heads of Terms with preferred bidder

 

Following successful completion of this process, car park operator Q-Park was appointed on a management contract with option to convert to lease.
