About Town Centre Parking
Town Centre Parking is a chartered surveying company specialising exclusively in car parks, with over 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sector. We provide a full suite of general practice surveying services including consultancy/advisory, development consultancy, agency and landlord and tenant, with a consistent goal of ensuring that parking assets generate maximum value, whilst providing a high-quality service for scheme customers, residents and other stakeholders, as well as supporting and enabling sustainable mobility and tech-based, modern living initiatives.
Matthew Wilson
Matthew Wilson is a Director at Town Centre Parking, where he has been employed since 2015.
Using his deep understanding of the industry, Matthew specialises in the development of bespoke financial modelling tools and contributes a wealth of experience regarding the operational and financial specifics of parking. Matthew has undertaken advisory and transactional work for a range of public and private sector clients across the UK and European parking industries.
Matthew is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Development from UWE.
