About Town Centre Parking
Town Centre Parking is a chartered surveying company specialising exclusively in car parks. Town Centre Parking was established in 1995 by Alasdair Robertson MRICS, to provide public and private sector clients with a solution to the lack of sector-specific knowledge about car parks as a property asset class.
Town Centre Parking provides a full suite of general practice surveying services including consultancy/advisory, development consultancy, agency and landlord and tenant. Our objective in any instruction is to ensure that our clients’ parking assets generate maximum value, whilst providing a high-quality service for scheme customers, residents, and other stakeholders, as well as supporting and enabling sustainable mobility.
Matthew Wilson
Matthew Wilson is the Managing Director of Town Centre Parking. Matthew joined the business in 2015 and became Managing Director in 2025 following the untimely passing of founder Alasdair Robertson.
Matthew has undertaken advisory and transactional work for a broad range of public and private sector organisations across the UK and Europe, leveraging his deep understanding of parking and property to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Matthew is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Development from UWE.
