Alasdair Robertson MRICS

Alasdair Robertson is the founding Director of TownCentreParking. He gained a degree in Land Economics at Cambridge University in 1990, after which he joined Weatherall Green and Smith, where he worked in the investment valuation and rating departments. He then joined Strutt and Parker, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor whilst working in the investment agency department.

In 1995, having identified a gap in the market, he set up TownCentreParking, where he has worked since, establishing the company as the UK’s leading independent parking specialists.

Matthew Maudling MRICS

Having gained a degree in Estate Management from Oxford Polytechnic Matthew Maudling worked at Strutt and Parker for 7 years, mainly within the investment department. Returning from a gap year he worked within the investment/asset management departments of Chesterfield Properties and Resolution, before joing NCP for 2 years as Development Manager. Matthew joined TownCentreParking as a director in 2001.

Jack Creeber

Jack has over 23 years experience in parking industry, specialising in traffic management and on-street parking.

In 2001 he joined Capita and devised and introduced the enforcement process for the original London Congestion Charge Scheme, including setting up and training over 200 back office staff to deal with all the notice processing.

In 2004 Jack undertook a number of consultancy projects for local authorities throughout England, including successfully producing bespoke parking enforcement contract documents for Manchester City Council and then managing the procurement process. He also worked on similar projects for other Councils including the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark and Reading Borough Council.

Jack has also worked for the private sector within the parking industry. This included NSL (formally NCP Services) and APCOA, where he successfully re-engineered the company’s business development process that saw them go from a period of four years without winning an on street parking enforcement contract to winning 11 contracts during the next three years.
